Getting Usage Data from stateDB

1. With cloudflare on, use the tool Azure Data Studio (this tool is obsolete Feb 2026!) and login with your SSO.
2. Connect to the server known as “Central Services”, then create a new query with any of the state databases within.
3. Copy the query from StateDB MAR Query into the query.
4. Change the highlighted fields to match the date ranges and ent-org-env you are logged into.
5. Run the query, copy the results into Empower Pricing Model Research.xlsm, into the Usage Raw tab.
6. Refresh the Pivot Table on Client Usage PT.
7. Extend Calculator by Customer for that specific customer to see monthly MAR and estimated overage charges.
