So you deleted the Integration Runtime host Datafactory


Step 1​

Run the production adf terraform deployment again. Ensure the IR host datafactory is redeployed, along with the Integration Runtime for Empower.

Step 2​

Contact the customer with the following steps. Please add the customer's IR host gateway key before sending so they do not need to find that.

  • RDP into both VMs and open a powershell window. Doesn't have to be admin.
  • Run the command
       cd 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft Integration Runtime\5.0\PowerShellScript\'
  • On VM 1 run the command
       .RegisterIntegrationRuntime.ps1 -gatewayKey "{The customer's IR host gateway key}" -NodeName "{your VM1 name}"

  • Important: Wait for the node to apply. You can check by waiting for the green check in the IR program.

  • On VM 2 run the command

       .RegisterIntegrationRuntime.ps1 -gatewayKey "{The customer's IR host gateway key}" -NodeName "{your VM2 name}"
  • Done
